Budget, time, and cost control; monitoring the execution of the work, ensuring the correct implementation of each client's brand design, verifying construction processes in terms of quality, monitoring safety and environmental controls, settling suppliers assigned to the project, preparing record information for the client, closing pending issues. Preparing construction budgets, with quantity takeoffs, considering the scope of intervention for each bank branch project, which included demolitions, metal structure, foundation, concrete structure, masonry, false work, and finishes for walls, ceilings, and floors.
